Pick a network, an asset and an amount, and Unheld gives you a link to send anyone. They open it, pay from any wallet, and the money lands on an address only you control. You need no website, no code, and no store — just somewhere to paste a link.

Choose the network, the asset and the amount in the dashboard. Unheld locks a fresh receiving address to that one payment so you always know who paid.

Send the link by email, chat, invoice, or put it behind a button. It opens a hosted page showing exactly what to pay and where — nothing to install on either side.

Get paid and get told
The payer sends from any wallet. You are notified when the payment is seen and again when it is confirmed, and the dashboard shows the exact amount that arrived.
What you see while it happens
A payment link is not a black box that flips from unpaid to paid. Every stage is visible in the dashboard and sent as a webhook if you want one, using these exact names:
- invoice.created
- invoice.receiving
- invoice.confirming
- invoice.paid
- invoice.underpaid
- invoice.overpaid
- invoice.expired
Underpayment and overpayment are ordinary states here, not errors. Partial payments accumulate, so a second transfer can complete a link that was short.
You do not need a website
A payment link is a page Unheld hosts for you. If you sell over chat, invoice by email, or take deposits from a form somewhere else, that is enough — the link is the whole integration. If you do have a site, a checkout button drops the same thing onto a page you already have.
The money never stops with us
The address behind the link is derived from your own wallet, so the payment settles to you directly. There is no balance on our side to withdraw, and no payout to wait for.
What to know
- A link is for one payment and expires. That is what makes attribution exact — the address is not reused, so an arriving payment is unambiguous.
- The amount is fixed in the asset, not in your local currency. If the asset moves between creating the link and paying it, the amount received is what you asked for in that asset.
- On-chain payments cannot be reversed. There is no chargeback, for you or for the payer.
- No fiat settlement and no conversion — payments arrive in what was sent.
Payment link questions
Do I need a website to use a payment link?
No. The link opens a page Unheld hosts, so anywhere you can paste a URL works — email, chat, a PDF invoice, a social profile. If you do have a site, a checkout button embeds the same flow without any backend code.
Can I reuse the same link for several customers?
A link is tied to one payment and one address, which is what makes attribution exact — when money arrives you know precisely which link it belongs to. If you need a permanent address per customer, that is what customer deposit addresses are for.
What happens if someone pays after the link expires?
The money still arrives, because the address is derived from your wallet and is yours regardless. A late payment is recorded against the link rather than lost, though it is reported separately from one that arrived in time.
