Who operates Unheld
Unheld is operated by Ben Daamar Mohamed, based in Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM), Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. Unheld Ltd is currently being incorporated with the Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM) Registration Authority; this page will be updated with the registered entity details once formation completes.
Company formation in progress. Unheld Ltd is being incorporated with the Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM) Registration Authority. Until that completes, the service is operated personally by Ben Daamar Mohamed, who is the party legally responsible for it. We would rather say this plainly than display a company number that does not yet exist.
What we do
Unheld is a non-custodial crypto payment gateway. Merchants accept Bitcoin, Ether and USDC directly into wallets they generate and control themselves. We provide the software that creates invoices, watches the blockchain, and tells you when you have been paid.
We never hold funds, private keys, or recovery phrases. That is enforced by how the system is built rather than by policy: recovery phrases are generated in the browser and there is no code path that sends one to our servers. Our servers hold only watch-only public keys.
Current status
Unheld provides production crypto-payment infrastructure for merchants. Features and pricing may change, and we will tell customers before a change affects them.
