How the payment works
Payments settle directly to your merchant-controlled wallet. Unheld does not hold the funds or private keys.
Invoices track detected, confirming, paid, underpaid and overpaid states using exact on-chain amounts.
Create an invoice through the API, show the hosted payment page, then use signed webhooks to update your order.
What to watch for
The payer sends the network fee to the blockchain, not to Unheld.
Send only an enabled asset on the exact network shown. A wrong-network transfer may be unrecoverable.

Which networks can I accept USDC on?
4 networks, all listed above. Confirmation depth and decimals differ between them, so take those figures from the page for the exact network you are invoicing on rather than assuming one set applies everywhere.
What happens if a customer sends USDC on a different network?
The funds do not arrive late, they arrive somewhere else, and recovering them may not be possible at all. Every invoice names one exact network for that reason: USDC on two networks is two different things, not one asset with a setting.
Who pays the network fee?
The payer sends it to the blockchain, not to you, and Unheld takes no share of the payment either. What lands on your address is the invoice amount.
